Early check in and late check out up to maximum 2 hours, without any extra charges provided we do not have guests on the day of your arrival or departure.
Late check out maximum 12 hours, 50% extra charges apply for your stay as per our standard peak season or off season published prices for staying.

Villa Rules

Loud music, sound of any kind and disturbance + distractions to the surrounding neighborhood is nor permitted.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house but you can smoke outside.
Use of hukka and prohibited substances is strictly not allowed.
Possession of fire arms and weapons is strictly prohibited.
Any kind of illegal and immoral activities within our premises is strictly prohibited.
Breakages and damages of any kind will have to be compensated for by the guests.

Please email or WhatsApp copies of Passport, Visa/PIO/OCI cards of each guest at least 48hrs before arrival.
Please provide an address in the country of permanent residence with conract number, place of issue of passport, place of issue of visa/PIO/OCI card, country and place coming from with date of arrival in India, reference address and contact numberin India and next destination after Balaji villa

Cancellation Policy

Guests to pay minimum 50% amount as advance to conformation their booking.
We can hold your blocking for a maximum period of 72 hrs.
If your arrival gets cancelled for any reason, for the first such canacellation given more than 15 days from your arrival date, we will hold your complete advance and adjust in against your next single proposed visit.
In case you cancel your arrival for the secoond time, the entire advance you have paid will be forfeited and you will be requested to make a fresh booking.
Should you arrive with lesser number of guests than the orignal booking or cut short your stay or cancel your stay for any reson within 7 days of your arrival, you will be requested to make the full original payment and the extra amount as applicable that you would hane paid us will remain with us and you or any of your guests can come a later date and adjust the entire amount in a single proposed visit.
In case of no show, your entire advance will be forfeited and you are welcome to make a fresh booking for a later date.
Guests who cancel their trip within 7 days of their arrival date and do not agree to pay the remaining balance, on or before the date of the arrival as per the original booking, will forfeit their orignal advance paid
